Scarlet Starlet

This is another flower from my mother's garden; however, I'm having trouble figuring out the name/type. I would like to say Chrysanthemum but it doesn't seem like my mom would grow that type of flower (since we usually use it as tea). A flower that looks close to Chrysanthemum are Delia but it doesn't look like a Delia though.

I should ask some of my florist friends later.
